The colleague who never forgets a source.
bSCnorm keeps deadlines, non-conformities, and standards across every client in one control room, and never writes a line it can't trace back to its source.
The quality manager logs the complaint within one business day of receipt and assesses its severity according to the criteria set out in the process management procedure . Any non-conformities identified during the review are opened at the same time, with an owner and a deadline assigned.
Click a number to see where each line comes from.
A consultant can hold it all in their head. A system doesn't have to.
Five clients, five deadline trackers, an inbox that never empties. The deadline you miss is almost never the urgent one: it's the one nobody wrote down anywhere. bSCnorm replaces scattered spreadsheets with a single control room, sorted by real urgency, not by client or category.

Elena's control room: five clients, one view. The overdue line is the only one that looks different: you don't need to read the colors to know what to do first.
Four agents, four trades.
There is nothing to learn before you can use them. Each one does a single job, and when it doesn't have the answer it stops instead of making one up.
Compares client documents against the standard's requirements and finds the gaps.
Early accessWrites procedures and forms in the client's own style, with every citation linked to its source.
Early accessKeeps the collection of standards and laws up to date (Normattiva, Gazzetta Ufficiale, EUR-Lex, regional laws) and lets you search all of it from one place.
Early accessTracks deadlines, non-conformities, and corrective actions, and explains why a deadline is critical, not just that it exists.
NewTip: update Operating Procedure PO-07 - Process Control, then run the check again.
The Controller looks past the deadline: it tells you why it matters and what to do now.
The solo consultant, the firm, the company: same control room, different roles.
Solo consultant
All your clients in one control room, without jumping between spreadsheets to remember who has what coming due.
Consulting firm
The director sees the whole firm's work without having to do it personally: a dashboard with the workload and the deadlines, consultant by consultant. Director and consultants are distinct roles, each with its own permissions.
Independent company
A self-service portal for logging non-conformities and tracking your own deadlines, without opening a ticket every time you have a question for an outside consultant.
Built for any standard, any management system.
Right now we genuinely support ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 17020:2012 - they're the standards we know best. Italian and European public standards are already built in, and The Regulator keeps watch over them every day. ISO standards and other paid standards, you upload them yourself, to respect the license: the text is visible only to license holders, and the agents work with it the same way. You can support multiple schemes for the same client and build one integrated management system, instead of keeping each standard in a separate tool.
Your documents stay in Europe
Your clients' documents and data are stored and processed on European infrastructure (AWS, Frankfurt), in compliance with the GDPR.
Pricing built around how you actually work.
No guessed-at tiers: the price follows the seats you actually use.

What's inside, item by item.
If the idea is enough for you, skip this part. If you want to know exactly what it does, open the groups below.
The control room
- Every client in one view, sorted by real urgency and not by name.
- A health dot per client, worked out by the system rather than by eye.
- Deadlines with priority and status, from overdue to scheduled.
- Statistics on documents, standards, and the work the agents have done.
Documents
- Upload PDF, Word, and Excel: the text is extracted and handed to the agents.
- On a bulk import the system reads both the file name and the text, and works out the document code from the two.
- Every document carries a version and a code, following your firm's coding scheme.
- Generated documents export to Word, ready to hand over.
Standards
- The public collection: Normattiva, Gazzetta Ufficiale, EUR-Lex, and regional laws.
- A check every day to see what changed, without you having to ask.
- Paid standards you upload yourself: the text stays visible only to license holders.
- One document can answer to several standards at once, not just one.
The agents at work
- The Analyst compares a company's documents against the requirements and writes up the gaps it finds.
- The Drafter writes procedures and forms, and every citation is found in the text of the standard before it is allowed to stay.
- If a citation cannot be found, the section stops: better a declared gap than an invented source.
- The style is trained on your firm's own documents, so drafts read the way you write.
People and data
- The director sees the firm's work broken down by consultant, and assigns each company to whoever follows it.
- A portal for the company you look after, with its own reports, non-conformities, and deadlines.
- Non-conformities with their corrective actions, to which you can assign an owner and a due date.
- Whoever opens a non-conformity, requests a report, or generates a document stays on record.
Why I built bSCnorm
For years I worked alongside Agata Mento - a go-to name in management systems consulting, as well as my mother. I watched her prepare for audits, rewrite procedures, handle several companies at once, and check by hand, line by line, where everything was written. That's where I learned the trade.
bSCnorm had been on my mind for a long time. At some point I stopped putting it off. I built it to give the consultant a tool that brings order to their work instead of adding to it - one that handles the repetitive part and leaves the judgment calls to them, because that's what the client is really paying for. Drafts stay proposals until they sign off on them.
I'm studying Biotechnology in Messina. I built bSCnorm with the support of a technical team over 1 full year. If you do this kind of work and something here doesn't convince you, feel free to write to me - I'll answer you myself.
We open a few seats at a time, so we can do right by them.
Early access for consultants, firms, and companies ready to stop keeping deadlines in their heads.
